NONNA FLORA is a warm and welcoming kitchen in the heart of Sorrento where you can learn how to cook traditional recipes of a typical Italian family. A simple and enjoyable way to get to know and taste the gastronomic excellences of the Sorrento Peninsula.
Our cooking classes are hands-on, as I believe that we learn by doing – and after all it is fun to knead your pasta dough, isn’t it? We’ll choose honest traditional recipes, something you’ll be able to reproduce at home for your friends and family.
During our classes, you’ll have the chance to discover and taste local products such as Sorrento cheese, extra virgin olive oil, wine, Sorrento craft beer, Sorrento tomatoes and much more, according to the season.
The lesson is conducted in English in an informal and comfortable family context: homemade recipes, tips, secrets and tales of Nonna Flora
