Few simple ingredients and easy preparation for a truly tasty dessert!
- Almonds 500 gr
- Sugar 350 gr
- Honey 125 gr
- Lemon juice a few drops
To make the almond brittle, place the almonds in a pan and let them toast for a few minutes in the static oven preheated to 190 °
In a saucepan pour the honey, sugar and a few drops of lemon juice here.
Mix the ingredients well and melt over medium heat, when the caramel starts to spin, add the toasted almonds.
Continue stirring, then remove from the heat and pour the mixture into a baking tray lined with parchment paper, distributing it with a wooden spoon. Let it cool to room temperature.
When the almond brittle has cooled, turn it over on a cutting board and cut it into bars before serving.
For the hazelnut brittle you can follow the same procedure.
