DESCRIPTION

NONNA FLORA is a characteristic Cookery School in the heart of the historic centre of Sorrento. 

A warm and welcoming kitchen where you can learn “hands-on” and “from the scratch” traditional Italian recipes, using seasonal and local products.

Each lesson is private and conducted in English in an informal and comfortable family context: homemade recipes, good wine and granny tips.

Cook dry pasta like an old italian and discover the most popular regional pasta recipes throughout Italy! 

You’ll prepare from scratch 3 different daily recipes using dry pasta learning how to prepare step by step the most famous Italian sauces.  

Before to start the class we’ll choose together 3 pasta dishes between these (and more)
